We're JustBlocks — a small team in Kerala that sells building block toys. This page tells you exactly what information we collect when you shop with us, why we need it, and what control you have over it. No legal tricks, no fine print we hope you won't read.
What we know about you
Only what you give us — and only because we need it to get your order to you:
- Your name — so we know who to address the package to
- Your email — for order confirmations, tracking updates, and the occasional newsletter (only if you want it)
- Your phone number — so our delivery partner can reach you, and so we can send order updates on WhatsApp
- Your address — obviously, so we know where to ship
When you browse the site, we automatically see basic stuff like your IP address and what browser you're using — the same as every website on the internet. We use this to keep the site running smoothly and to understand which products people like most.
What we never see
Your payment details — card numbers, UPI PINs, net banking passwords. We never see or store any of that. When you pay online, you're redirected to Razorpay (our payment partner). They handle the transaction. We just get a yes/no answer about whether the payment went through.
Who else sees your data
We share the bare minimum with the services we depend on:
- Razorpay — processes your payment (they get your card/UPI details, we don't)
- Delivery partners — get your name, address, and phone number to deliver your order
- Email provider — so we can send you order updates
- WhatsApp — when we send you order notifications (only with your permission)
That's it. We never sell, rent, or trade your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Your information isn't a product we sell — you're our customer, not our inventory.
Marketing (only if you're into it)
If you give us permission, we'll send you emails or WhatsApp messages about new products, restocks, or special offers. If you ever get tired of them, just hit unsubscribe in any email or WhatsApp us — we'll stop immediately. No hard feelings.
Cookies
We use cookies to remember what's in your cart, keep you logged in, and understand how people use the site. You can turn cookies off in your browser — the site will still work, just without some convenience features.
How long we keep things
We keep your order history as long as you have an account with us — it's useful if you need to check past purchases or reorder something. If you want us to delete everything, just ask. The only exception: we're legally required to keep invoice records for tax purposes, which we can't delete for a few years.
Your rights (they're simple)
You can ask us to:
- Tell you exactly what data we have about you
- Fix anything that's wrong
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Stop sending you marketing messages
Just WhatsApp or email us — we'll handle it, usually within a day or two. No forms, no bureaucracy.
Kids and privacy
Our products are for ages 6 and up (small parts — choking hazard). If a child places an order, we assume a parent or guardian is involved. If you believe a child shared personal info with us without your knowledge, let us know and we'll remove it right away.
Changes to this page
If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and bump the date at the top. If it's a big change, we'll email you about it.
