These are the ground rules for shopping at JustBlocks. They're written in plain English — not because our lawyer was on vacation, but because we believe you deserve to understand what you're agreeing to.
Who we are
JustBlocks is a small business based in Kerala, India. We sell premium DIY building block toys — car models, construction sets, and more. Every product on this site is something we'd be happy to give our own kids (and we do).
Placing an order
When you place an order, we'll send you a confirmation on WhatsApp and email. That confirmation means we've received your order — it doesn't mean we've accepted it yet. If something's wrong (out of stock, pricing error, suspicious activity), we'll let you know and refund you immediately if you've already paid.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. We try our best to keep prices accurate, but if we accidentally list something at the wrong price, we'll contact you before proceeding.
Payment
You can pay online (cards, UPI, net banking — all through Razorpay) or choose Cash on Delivery. For COD orders above ₹500, we ask for a small advance payment online — this protects us from fake orders and ensures you're serious about the purchase. The advance amount is clearly shown at checkout before you confirm.
Shipping
Free shipping across India on all orders. No minimum order, no hidden fees.
We usually ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 days depending on your location. These are estimates — courier delays happen, especially during festivals or bad weather. If your order is taking longer than expected, message us and we'll chase it up.
Once the package leaves our warehouse, it's in the courier's hands. But if something goes wrong in transit, we'll work with them to fix it — you're not on your own.
Returns and refunds
We want you to be happy with what you bought. Here's how we handle problems:
- Damaged or defective product? Send us photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you — your choice.
- Wrong item delivered? Our mistake, we'll fix it. We'll arrange a pickup and send the right product at no cost to you.
- Changed your mind? We get it — but since our products are opened and assembled, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on opened items. If the box is still sealed, message us and we'll work something out.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. For COD orders, we'll transfer the refund to your bank account or UPI — whichever you prefer.
Product accuracy
We photograph every product ourselves and write honest descriptions. Colours may look slightly different on your screen — that's just how screens work. Piece counts are accurate, but we include a few spares in every set, so you might get slightly more than listed (lucky you).
Our responsibility
Our products contain small parts and aren't suitable for children under 3. Beyond that, building blocks are pretty safe. If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product — that's standard for any store, online or offline.
Your content
If you share photos of your builds on our community page or tag us on social media, you're giving us permission to share them (with credit). We love seeing what you create, and we might feature it on our site or Instagram.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here. If it's a big change, we'll email you about it. Using the site after an update means you're okay with the new terms.
The legal bit
These terms are governed by Indian law. If there's ever a dispute we can't resolve by talking it out, it'll be handled in Kerala courts. But honestly, just message us first — we'll almost certainly sort it out.
